    • Scale inhibitors are devices used to remove deposits from household utensils and appliances. When phosphate-based drinking water treatment agents reach concentrations of approximately 3-5 ppm in water, they form soluble complexes and insoluble nanoscale films to inhibit scaling and corrosion, effectively preventing secondary contamination. Polyphosphates in domestic water treatment agents react with the aforementioned metal ions to form soluble complexes, inhibiting the formation of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate while dispersing them in water. Upon reacting with iron ions, they create a dynamic protective film on pipe inner walls, achieving corrosion prevention and scale inhibition.

    • Product Usage Details:

    • 1. Open the dosing port flange at the top of the tank and pour in the silico-phosphate crystals. The dosage should be 80% of the tank's total capacity. Replace the flange, close the outlet valve, open the inlet valve, and open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank. This allows any oxidation layers or broken particles formed during transportation and storage to be discharged through the drain port. Close the drain port, open the outlet valve, and the system is ready for normal operation. 2. Water temperature passing through the silico-phosphate tank should remain below 30°C. Install a check valve at the outlet to prevent hot water backflow. When the system is idle for extended periods, remove the silico-phosphate crystals from the tank, air-dry them, and store. V. General Principles for Silico-Phosphate Tank Selection: 1. Tank Volume and Port Diameters: Tank capacity should be calculated based on daily water consumption and incoming water hardness. In principle, the inlet/outlet diameter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matched pump and is typically consistent with the inlet pipe diameter. 2. Nominal Pressure: Determine the filter's pressure rating based on the maximum pressure that may occur in the filtration pipeline. 3. Mesh Size Selection: Primarily consider the particle size of the silico-phosphate crystals to be intercepted, determined according to the process requirements of the medium flow. 4. Tank Material: Typically match the material of connected process piping. For varying service conditions, consider the product's application range; select filters made of plastic, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), stainless steel, low-alloy steel, or stainless steel. Application Fields: 1. Domestic Facilities: Various hot water boilers, central air conditioning systems, heat exchange systems, residential central air conditioning units, wall-mounted boilers, etc. 2. Industrial General Equipment: Air compressors, refrigeration units, heat exchangers, coolers, etc.
