This product is a low-phosphorus, environmentally friendly scale and corrosion inhibitor. It directly interferes with the formation process of scale nuclei in the budding stage (i.e., the crystal embryo stage) in the form of ions, causing the crystal embryos to disappear due to their inability to grow into stable nuclei, thereby preventing the formation of scale crystals and even completely eliminating the appearance of scale. This series of products is currently available in three forms: granular, milky white mixed liquid, and light yellow solution. Compared to traditional phosphorus-based formulas, it has a lower total phosphorus content, extremely strong stability, slow and micro-soluble release, and is not prone to decomposition and efficiency reduction. The treated water quality will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
FOF-Faouf technology mainly has the following advantages or characteristics: 1. Its solid product can achieve truly controllable micro-dissolution and slow release, dissolving quantitatively in a predetermined water volume. 2. Its pH value is approximately 7, and it does not change the acidity or alkalinity of water. 3. Its effective working concentration is less than 1ppm, with ultra-low phosphorus content. 4. Its scale inhibition effect reaches over 99.5%, basically achieving scale-free. 5. It effectively improves the corrosion condition of metals. 6. Its physicochemical properties are stable, non-volatile, non-reactive, and non-flammable, maintaining its effect under high temperature conditions. (Currently, the tested water temperature reaches 200 degrees Celsius.) 7. Its scale and corrosion inhibition effect is not affected by external factors and has a long acting time. 8. It is safe and environmentally friendly, and the treated water meets drinking water standards and is drinkable.
The formation of scale crystals is divided into two stages: nucleation and crystal lattice formation, encompassing a total of six processes, namely the formation, growth, and maturation of nucleation, and the formation, growth, and maturation of the crystal lattice. Traditional scale inhibitors focus on interfering with the formation of the crystal lattice through dispersion, dissolution, and other methods after the nucleation has matured, achieving partial scale inhibition. The "FOF-FAVOR" technology utilizes ion chelation technology to intervene in the early stages of nucleation, preventing various scaling factors from combining and nipping scale in the bud, thereby achieving complete scale inhibition. Due to its advanced working principle, the "FOF-FAVOR technology" exhibits significant scale inhibition efficacy for water with high salinity, hardness, and alkalinity. The efficacy of the drug is very stable, and tests have shown no decline in scale inhibition effect up to 200 degrees Celsius. This means that many scale inhibition problems that were previously unsolvable in various fields can now be addressed through this technology.
